Aftermarket radio stalk CTSCT003.2 Problem
#1
I have 2009 Berlingo Multispace and a bit desperate right now.

I bought aftermarket Pioneer stereo.
Ordered CTSCT003.2 with Pioneer patch lead.

Radio works, but the stalk control, only the ''MEMO'' wheel changes radio frequency, but no other button on stalk works.
Also I am not able to change the clock settings.

I tried 3 different CTSCT003.2 from 2 different sellers with same result.

Anyone has similar problem ?

Only thing I got left in my mind, maybe the stalk is faulty ?
Or there is a stalk from older Berlingo for some reason and thats why it does not work properly ?

It worked fine with original RD4 radio.

CTSCT003.2 only works if you have multi function display.

Do you have multi function display ?

Stalk controls radio by CAN-BUS.

I had my time in decoding CAN-BUS radio codes wit the help of arduino.

Hmmm then the only explanation is that they changed
CAN bus control for the Berlingo model

You can prove the assumption by arduino and arduino can-bus shield.

But what is the point if you can't reconfigure CTSCT003.2 to
accept different CAN messages.

Sorry can't help you much.

Hi. Just taken my Berlingo into a Citroen dealer for that very same problem. There only solution. Refit the original radio. Not the answer I wanted. They are of the opinion that is the only solution.

From the ebay pic it looks like the electronic unit is branded "Connects2". Connects2 have a UK headquarters and a web-site where you can ask for technical support here: https://www.connects2.co.uk/
I got the support I needed from them when I was installing one of their excellent bluetooth interfaces into my B9 Berlingo

I got in touch with Connects2 and their support team is very responsive. Unfortunately they were not able to help. I tried all they advised but the stalk still does not work and I am not able to set time.

Just a thought... is your car Canbus or Vanbus? As it's a 2009 model, maybe it's a late Vanbus model.

What's your RPO code on the driver's door pillar or your VIN?

Brajmobil, any thoughts on a quick way to determine if it's Van or Can?
