Bush under engine
#1
Hi all,

Could anyone identify this rubber bush under the engine? There are two, one on both sides. Mine need replacing and I'm not sure of the part name.

Cheers,

Jay

Think they may be known as a "P" bush in the trade on account of the shape, sorry but I don't know the actual techie description

Does looke like wishbone mounts in my previous experiences it easier swapping them with poly bushes some fine it easier replacing the whole wishbone as the bushes are a pig to remove!

To remove the bush once the wishbone is off the car destroy the rubber part (you could use a blowlamp) and then use an angle grinder on the metal sleeve until it starts to split (be careful not to go right through and mark the pin). Press a new one on making sure that you have the alignment right. (My press was a lump hammer)
