Well having read all the camper conversion posts for months now I decided to go ahead and purchase the Amdro boot jump. AND I am so pleased. It offers all I need, a bed if an unexpected nights sleep is needed , or its just me on a trip on my own, but most of all a fantastic day unit, after a long walk being able to make a cup of tea/coffee/ soup etc, a quick meal in comfort. Even just to sit and wait for the other half to go shopping, magic. EXPENSIVE but magic. The quality is superior to any do it yourself job, looks the part. I leave the seating area up all the time now whilst driving , unless I need to take a passenger other than one next to me. BUT if more than one [ i.e. next to me] unexpectedly needs a lift , seats just all fold down, to everyones amazement. Just need to find an easy way to open rear hatch from inside so I don't have to leave it ajar to get out. I say expensive above, but it is still is cheaper than a vw camper, both tax, insurance and fuel consumption. So really chuffed.

It's good to see your support of locals, too - living in Wales, buying Welsh made.
