I know it has been asked before but it seems there's different answers on every thread.
Got a 2010 (60 plate) 1.6HDi XTR and it's coming up for it's service next month. Mileage is 64k miles.
Should I get the cambelt done at the same time or is it really true that I can leave it until 120k miles?

I wouldn't trust 120k,or even100 k.if your going to keep it I would have it done when it goes for a service, also new water pump to,then your minds at rest,

The Cambelts on the 1.6 Hdi are easily good for the recommended mileage. I have changed loads of them at 120 K & they still look in great condition.
I tend to recommend customers to have them changed at 100k, just to be on the safe side.
I certainly wouldn't bother on a car with your mileage.
Just occasionally they do get noisy, as in a dry belt noise, but if yours isn't doing that, I would sleep easy until 100K or 10 years
