Anyone used one of these? I don't see many knocking about which makes me think it's a no no. In truth, it's for the wifes Pug 3008. I'm a six footer but even I have bother reaching the centre of screen on that thing with a long scraper!! Then there's the securing against gales using suction cups, doors and wipers or magnets even. If they're any good I may get one for my XTR too.

I use one if \i'm going to be late finishing work and frost/ice is about. I took the rubber suckers off and just shut it in the doors - then it's secure.

When we were on nights we used to put a piece of cardboard on the windscreen. Put the wipers up by switching off when they are at the top then pin it underneath them.
So where does this bit go then ?

I have a silverscreen cover for the front and side windows for romahome r20, 2010. Changed vans this week. The cover is an original silverscreen and the best cover that really makes a difference to camping or just keeping the inside perfect.
Will consider all offers as need to get a cover for the r30!
