Hi all,
I've got an '99 Multispace 3 door with the the 1.9 DW8 engine.
And an odd problem.
I have a road speed related chirping noise that sounds like a tyre squeal, but in pulses of around 0.5 seconds.
This is very audible with the drivers side wide wound down, passing a reflective surface. It sounds like it's coming from the drivers side wheel.
So far, I've replaced:
Front pads
Drop links
Wishbone bushes
Front shocks
Strut bearings
Power steering fluid
I've also tried swapping the wheels with the back ones.
Any ideas? It's driving me nuts!
