cooling liquid leak
#11
No, the filler cap is on top of the reservoir.
(On some systems, the reservoir is next to the radiator, or even the radiator itself)

If there's a cap by the bottom hose it's a drain plug.

I would use the ethylene glycol type, for your climate 50/50 may be a good idea.

In Australia there is no risk of freezing so we can easily go 33/67.

Thanks mate!
Just got 4 litres concentrated glycol (red).
I'm gonna flush the whole system, just to be sure, cus the one that is in right now is bright green.
I have opened the tube from container, the lower big tube and the top tube. Anything more i need to open before flushing?

Your thermostat housing might have a brass bleeding screw with 5mm internal hex head. If you can find this, open it - or when flushing with pressure you can remove it completely for a few seconds.

Here's the one from about 2001-2005:

And the later type:

In both situations, look at the parts numbered 3 and 4.

Kinda unsure when starting fixing on a car i never "seen" the engine on before Wink
But new radiator on place, leak stopped, and test ride on 6 km showed max 95c on the temp (but it is very hot here in my part of Norway now)
40c in the sun, and around 29 in the shadow..phu
Thanks all! Smile)
