Morning all,
Well after much work (engine swap, decoding the pump etc etc) I finally got my wife's old berlingo back on the road with a nice shiny new mot. but... something doesn't feel quite right. It drives well but just feels a little underpowered at the top end. After the amount of work done I know the timing, valves etc are all set fine.. only thing I can think of is that it needs a little more fueling... I'm a landy guy and used to working on the 200/300tdi engine where you simply undo a lock nut, turn the screw and hey presto... (loads of smoke if you overdo it).
Just wondering what the procedure is for the lucas pump on the berlingo?
Cheers,
Jim
