On my 1.4 it's down under the oil filter held on by 1 T screw. But there are different types.

Do you mean the pulley that drives the alternator / power steering or is it one for the cam. belt?

Hi the crankcase pulley on my 2002 berlingo became realy noisey and the engine stopped, after a week of trying to get it going ,my local garage discovered that the timing had slipped.luckerly it only damaged the rockers.i bought new rockers (8)from diesel craft widnes for £72 and had them fitted ,now running fine .hope this is helpfull
