[Engine] starter motor
#1
Good evening I have a 1.6hdi 2008 berlingo van and wondered if someone could explain how to get the starter motor off as I can only see one bolt so far. the problem started today my key stuck in the start position and the starter motor was running for about 15min whilst I was driving and did not notice as radio was on .and now wont start on key but will bump only. so thinking of changing starter motor to see if it will solve the problem.many thanks

there are 3 bolts holding the starter.one near the clutch cable and the others are more or less 6 inch apart.remove the cables and out it comes itookmine upwards but it may go down under the car easier
