Just got back from this gig.

Yes -there was rock,folk,bluegrass,and a cranked up cover of Stayin' Alive that had everyone on their feet.

Yes!
The missus got tickets complimentary style.
I had the same reaction but was dragged along,planning the quickest route to the exit door.
But they were actually pretty damn great.
The slow stuff was a bit yawnworthy but the rest of it more than made up
Met them outside at halftime and they were very decent as yanks go.

It's all part of lifes rich tapestry Big Grin
All joking aside you can't beat the ambience etc of a live band at a gig ! Iv'e watched some pretty mediocre bands that wouldn't hold up under any scruitany , and thoroughly enjoyed the evening , go figure !
