Hello

Hello everyone.

Just wanted to say hi from cambridgeshire. Although I drive Peugeot Partner Escapade, it appears that berlingos and partners are almost the same.
Managed already to retrofit outside temperature sensor and looking into activating my trip computer, but have to buy 3 line display. Somehow, could not managed to get my CC working. Apparently there is some software block in BSI for 1.6hdi without FAP.

So much information in the forum, really glad I joined it.

I've heard a couple of times about the cruise being obstructed (UK market only). Seems a prime bit of cussedness.

I have a FAPless 1.6HDi Desire and a three line display. I'm sure that others have fitted cruise control.
Lexia is required to activate CC and enable the associated extra circuitry.
I had CC on a 2.5 litre Tiptronic Galant a few years back and I hated it!!

I must admit that I have never wanted CC.Even on long trips I just change from L to R foot occasionally. As long as I can see the road ahead it's no prob.

Somehow my R foot gets stiff after a couple of hours of driving. Either aftermarket cruise or changing L & R foot.
As for the software, tried pretty much everything, diagbox, lexia. Everything is on and recognised, just the cruise does not want to engage, no errors as well.
