Dear fellow members. I have a 2006 1.6hdi van. I have a leak from the manifold where it sits on top of the engine. I thought it was fuel injectors at first, but apon closer inspection while the engine is Rev to about 3/4 rpm I can see it leaking from the o rings. Problem is I have replaced all the o rings but it is still leaking. Do I need to use any sealant on it . Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's not cracked?
"O" rings don't need sealant unless there is something else wrong

Hi when the engine is running, you can see it coming from o ring. Their is a plastic washer that the o ring sits on that goes on top of engine before o ring but main dealer did not have any part no for them . He wasn't sure what their were for so stuck really what to do

Hi that is it. Found out that's it's the plastic end caps that sit on the end of the manifold that you can't get unless you buy a whole new manifold
