Find attached a PDF I've compiled to arm me for servicing my 1.6HDI M59 van. Hopefully it may prove of some use to other M59 owners wishing to service their own vehicles.
Covers basic stuff like oil changes etc.
Note: 25/07/13 revision made concerning recommended sump removal 29/07/13 revision made concerning oil contamination by loose injector bolts

I didn't even realise there was a 1.4HDI Berlingo?
My mistake, I keep calling it that due to another vehicle I had. It's amended now so you can rest easy in your Thursday labeled underpants Tucker!! - just kidding, hope it's of some use to you.
Thanks for pointing it out and thanks for your thanks Andre, have a Merry Xmas. anta:

Haha.
No it's actually of no use to me as I have the 1.6 petrol model. I was just being nosey and was just confused by which engine you had and thought there was a 1.4 version out there!
Wish I had read this before I renewed my fuel filter yesterday.tudy:
Fortunately I did it exactly as you said.
Apart from the priming bit. Mustn't have done enough squeezing as failed to start. Bit more and it started fine.
This is an excellent tutorial and will come in very usefull in the future.
