Where to start?

Thanks folks yep checked everything about ten times,everythings in order but the cam-belt is the one fitted from new so thats being done and the amount of glitter in the fuel-filter housing reminds me of christmas
So pump is breaking up inside not good with only 86k on the clock only time will tell this week i hope.

Still here folks and still trying to stop the smoke, up to know i have
changed
Injectors
Pump
Three filter housings
Two advance solinoids
AFM
Cleaned every connection at least Three times and the valves are spot on.
So me and my mate took the head off and its the cleanest head i have
ever seen (does look like its been rebuilt not long ago)
But the head bolts where not as tight as i would have expected,not for
cylinder head bolts anyway.
So gonna put new head gasket on and try that this week,nothing to loose apart from my sanity.
