Reverse sensor XTR Again !!
#1
My XTR does have sensors but without a dash mounted switch!! People who read my original post must think I'm daft, rightly so. Citroen, Active 14 unit, I found the pamphlet stuck up under the front seat. Once I cleaned the lenses they work perfect. I have to find the control unit location next? The sensors are the same colour as my bumper and being like Mr Magoo I thought they were fasteners!
I've posted this incase someone else buys a Lingo with the same mod,
they may want to fit a tow bar and the proximity alarm will go hyper with no means of silencing it!!
As "Taxi" quoted, nice accessory to have though (now it's working properly)
I feel such a twit! Please forgive this Lingo novices earlier post. I will try harder in future.

Glad to hear that it works. Personally they drive me bonkers with all the peeping but if one does a lot of city driving/parking I guess they might be useful. I just back up until I hear glass break Big Grin

I have a fixed towbar-the sensors work perfectly
Unless of course if it is raining- then they just squeal as soon as reverse is engaged....
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top
