This depends from country.
For example, in my country Citroen recommends replacement of camshaft belt in a 60000 km in all engines except RFN and Sofim.
I wouldn't worry what mileage the book / citroen say. If you are buying a 2nd hand car please get the pulleys, belt and waterpump changed regardless. Dont go on somebodys word that it has been changed. A pulley, belt and pump can be had for £100. Its not worth not doing it!

The change interval for the 2.0l is 100,000 or 80,000 if the vehicle is used mainly for short journeys/town work.
