Radweld and similar are evil and should be banned! They are best used as a last ditch get you home remedy if you are replacing the rad. They block the cores of rads ( which is sort of their purpose) However they block far more than just the core that has the leak leading to poor coolant flow and overheating!

Pleased to hear it! But seriously don't think as leak stopper as anything more than a temporary cure. I'll post a couple of pics on here tomorrow of what happens when it goes wrong!
