Hi
I have a 2004 1.9 berlingo, I have a few problems if anyone could help
* fuel gauge only reads down as far as quarter a tank then it's empty
* rev counter goes to about 3000rpm then flys up to 6000
* horn only works when it feels like
* back passenger side wheel is lying inwards
* sometimes when driving the van cuts down in power it seems like brake problems because when I clutch it slows down faster than usual
Thanks for reading and any help greatly appreciated

Hi Santie and welcome. Have you put a code reader on it yet to see what problems are reported? Horn only working intermittently could indicate problems with the earth connection. After the van gets sluggish have you checked to see if one or more of the wheels is/are really hot. Would expect that if a brake is dragging. That's my $0.02 worth.

Welcome Santie,
I'd check out the rear wheel first as this looks like being the most expensive item to sort out, search rear axle on the Forum database for further information. Fingers crossed there for you.
The remainder of the ailments you list are likely to be much more straightforward and a lot cheaper.
Brakes are easily checked and I'd second dragging brakes.
Look here for info on the most usual horn problem, there is a photograph depicting where a bad earth is found.
Fuel level is likely a problem with the tank sender unit, unless you'd be fancying changing it just use the odometer as a substitute to see how much fuel you have left, work on 40mpg and keep a spare gallon in the vehicle.

Yes they are identical.
Have you sorted your other problems?
