I'm looking to use Bluetooth on my radio, but it hasn't got it. Â In the manual it tells you how to use the Bluetooth function and the radio looks the same. Â Do Citroen use the same design of radios but have different models or can you just type in an upgrade code to release functions. Â Does that make sense ??
Also the radio controls of few functions like rear window wipe when reversing and system diagnostic, so if I was to replace the radio with a smart radio, I would lose those functions, but is that a problem ??
Answers on a post card please....... Or here will do fine.
Hi, realise this may be an outdated post, but if you try a module like this : http://www.dx.com/p/stereo-audio-bluetoo...egO9_mqpBc
you can keep your stock radio & all functionality. You need to pull your radio & find it's model (e.g. RD4) and manufacturer info etc. This will help you narrow down the wiring for the pins. Then you will need a friendly bloke with the 'proxia' or similar software to enable your Aux 1 input on the radio. Good luck
