Just got a 2003 Berlingo and the rear wiper doesn't do a full sweep of the rear screen. It goes about a 1/4 of the way and then stops. About 10 secs later it will move another 1/4 and so on. The wash/wipe position works fine with several full sweeps back & forth before parking.
Any ideas what has happened and what the fix is?

I expect the mechanism needs a clean and lubricate. Sometimes the spindle through the bodywork gets tight due to corrosion. Take off the internal panel to expose the motor.

I'll take a look, but as I said on wash/wipe it works fine.

All I can suggest is bad connection somewhere.Check to plug on the motor with meter/test lamp.It may be the stop contact in the motor.just throwing my thoughts at you.Good luck.
