Servicing.. Home or Dealer?
#1
Got another service coming up for 100k. Have done servicing at dealer since new but van is now 6 years old.
Question is do i service at home (myself) or Dealer this time? Its due a small service so oil change and filters. I can do it but as it's only £175 shall I just get dealer to do it?
PS don't need belt done at 60k.
All your opinions welcome.

Have a look at http://info.citroen.co.uk/servicing-offe...222#sticky
Click step 2 and it shows what's done
£115 for this service, save you getting your hands dirty Smile

My dealer won't go lower than 175. Thus my reason for home service option. If it's just oil easy but the filters are the confusion for me

...Or £206.25 if it's under 3 years old (very annoying). I can't imagine any logical reason for this, other than that they think you've got more money if you've got a newer one.

From the smallprint:

‘Essentials’ range and servicing offer applicable for Citroën vehicles 36 months and older from point of registration.

Are you not using a Citroen dealer? If you are I would think they should abide by Citroens web site
