Crikey - you could cause some destruction with that rear overhang when turning if not careful. About 2/3 of the living space is behind the rear axle!

That price is way too high too.

You could have 34x 1-week holidays in a cheap £50/night hotel or b&b for that price! Without even counting the site fees and lots of other overheads of running one.

I don't understand the logic of campers and caravans in general though - they seem like an expensive way of sleeping rough.

I could never justify that sort of money for such a small vehicle.At that age they are probably past their best anyhow.

They hold their value remarkably well and are quite good fun to go on a decent length holiday in. We drove all over Europe in one years back. Easily sell it on at little or no loss. The beauty of it over camping, apart from the obvious - that you're not sleeping in a plastic bag on the ground and bloody freezing, is that you don't have to dismantle everything every time you want to move to another place
