Yes I guess they closed the account probably due to too many IP logins. It's ok I will get onto something  ̿ ̿' ̿'\̵͇̿̿\з=(•̪●)=ε/̵͇̿̿/'̿''̿ ̿

Hey Kokain, the account seems to be deactivated or the password is changed.

Is it possible to activate it again?

Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm not sure what your last post refers to Andre?
I've tried to get onto the Citroen site, and it seems that they've restricted it to 'professionals' only now... I really can't believe how difficult it is to find an online microfiche for the Berlingo when it's SO easy to view one for anything else, from washing machines to motorcycles.... really really frustrating.

Zedhead, i've updated the original post with the link provided by jj9 which should help in finding the required part number if you have your VIN handy: https://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en&l

Instructions

(1) Nagivate to http://service.citroen.com/ In the top right hand corner you can change the language to English.

(2) Enter User ID: AC95087981 Password: berlingo10

(3) Once logged in, in the top left hand corner you can enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), or otherwise manually navigate to your model

Alternatively, please also check out this link originally provided by jj9 herehttps://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en&l

Note: It goes without saying that this has been set up in good faith, and is a free account to save individuals the hassle of signing up themselves; the account is not worth any money itself. Therefore i ask people not to abuse the account in anyway, and to use it for it's intended purpose.

I have been using this link for many years for my 2006 Berlingo van. Used it today to check on some parts before phoning my local dealer. Prices were exact to the penny. Never had a problem accessing the site and it has been totally invaluable. Many, many thanks to Andre for sharing this brilliant resource with the forum.

Dave.

Just been onto the Citroen Service page today and cannot access any of the parts diagrams etc. Used it around Feb/March and all was as ok. Really miss not being able to access this. Any ideas folks.
Suppose it means I will have to use Catcar now.
