Rim Size
#1
Hi Folks, new member, great forum! There is so much information here!

I'm after some extra rims for my Partner(are partner owners allowed here?!?) to mount summer tyres on.

The size is 6J2 15 ET18 4 stud 108mm.

I've seen some 406 rims that have these dimensions, is there any other thing I need to check before I buy the 406 rims?

My rims are also stamped with 'HL2' in fancy writing, so I suspect that this is a manufacture's stamp?

Also spigot size. I've seen that Pug and citreon use 65mm and 65.1mm. Is the difference likely to make any difference to fit?

Thanks for any help!

Also if anybody has 4 steel rims they wish to sell and are in the North west or Leeds area, or Wolverhampton or anywhere in between, let me know!

There are some other models that fit and I think there was an old thread on here which detailed which car models would be ok.

I bought a spare set, but got them off a scrapped Berlingo. You will need a MK2 HDI or 1.6 petrol as those were the 2 models that had 15 inch rims. The more common 1.9d had 14 inch wheels.

I searched ebay for one local to me that was being dismantled and contacted them for a price for the set.

Hi Tucker, thanks for the reply.

I've been keeping my eyes open for somebody breaking one with 15inch wheels but so far none, hence the quest for alternatives.

I have some 14inch wheels in my driveway, attached to a 1.9D that is to be scrapped, but I dubious about using them due to insurance problems.

its hard to confirm the spigot size and it seems that some have 65mm and others have 65.1mm, I can't imagine this will make much difference? Anyone know better?

Cheers
