Global closing

Guys had my BSI reset at main dealer,but since my electric windows won't go up when I lock and hold the button.its a 09 new shape ad it did do this before the reset.
Can this be reprogrammed without lexia?.

Mine have never done this, unless I'm doing something wrong with the buttons

kierc0857 I would take it back to the dealer and get them to sort it out.

Mike it should, when you press the lock door button, just hold the remote button down for and extra second and the windows should close.

Thanks I have discovered something new tonight about my car, problem is it was a mobility car and I think they gave all the paperwork to the mobility people so the handbook it has is not for the right model.

Got it programmed but only the passengers window now goes up with the key!!!,wierd!!!
