XTR radio .
Hi, how do I de-activate the radio thing that switches off the radio to save power , most annoying when I want to listen when I,m parked .hb
It's called Economy Mode and it's so that the battery doesn't drain flat if you left something on

I too would like to know if this can be altered

Some people have suggested there is a setting in the ECU/BSI that can be adjusted to increase the time by using a Lexia/Diagbox, but I've not found it yet when I've looked

Perhaps when I have a bit of spare time, I'll take another look
Think I,ll try supplier next time im near them . I don,t think the radio would flatten the battery in 10-20 minutes though .hb
I think the time period is 30 minutes, but once Eco mode turns on, you have to start the car to reset it, but I think I read somewhere that if you leave it running for 5 minutes, it then gives you ten minutes before the Eco Mode activates again

This means that the engine has to be running for at least 15 minutes for it to reach the 30 minute limit again
I'm pretty sure that it can be programmed via Lexia to a "dealer setting" where the economy mode is inactive. This setting is used when a new car is on display at the dealership.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact name of the setting.

It was possible to change this setting on my trusty 406, so it wouldn't make sense if the Berlingo couldn't do the trick.
