why does my berlingo beep 3 times when I start it?

If It bleeps once its a level 1 warning ie door open or not shut properly, if it bleeps 3 times its a level 2 warning ie temp to high brake fluid low or oil pressure. You should get a message on the central display at the same time. Check brake fluid level to start with as you need to keep it on max or the sensor can play up on a slope.

not yet but it seems to do it more when its cold and parked on a hill

Parked on a hill says brake fluid level to me, the sensor is picking up low warning. Top it up and see if it stops if not suck out fluid with a syringe.

Today beeped 3 times nothing came up on the middle unit, after that remote control low battery came up. I should change it, i suppose
