Had a problem with the master cylinder which has now been replaced.Bled several times now and still not working as they should,can still feel air in the system as I press the pedal. Does anyone have any ideas?

Get it bled with a pressure bleeder , that's really the only way to bleed them.
Make sure the load limiter valve is open for bleeding the rears.

Make sure the valve near the osr wheel is not seized. You wont be able to bleed the brakes if it is.
