Not sure about that vintage but mine does the same. It can be deactivated by, when stationary, holding the locking button down for 5 seconds or more. Give it a go. Personally I like it.

3rensho is correct with the ignition on and stationary press and hold the central locking button until it bleeps at you ,now your doors wont automatically look when you go over I think 6mph. Its covered in your handbook if you have one. To turn the function back on just repeat the above.
