You could use a long-necked lighter.
Just hook a wire to the trigger and feed it into the cabin.

As for blowing them out, just make a little metal lid to the candle holder and add another wire that swings it down when you pull.

Then you alternate between pulling first one then the other.
Easy!

But using orange wax won't help. It still burns with the same colour.

The wax colour does matter otherwise how would you tell the indicators from the brake lamps???illyme::
