OK, first up you can order the keys off the VIN. A good number of locksmiths can do this for you. That said, the locks wear badly and may have been replaced before...

Sounds like a jetwash first, then a good buff might be in order.

Will there be any problems with the immobiliser.its in quite a state but a weekend with the cutting compound and buff should do.

It may not have much of an immobiliser to worry about. Diesel or petrol?

If you message the VIN to myself or Rustscrat, we can probably tell you what sort of immobiliser it may have. As you can cut keys off the VIN and even obtain immobiliser codes off it, it's not always good practice to publish on an open forum.

Should you have anything approaching a warm day, it's fairly straightforward to prise off the side trim, which makes buffing simpler. Be warned the paint is very thin on the panel edges and also on the texture coated part of the sills.
