Hi there i didnt know this forum was here. i have brought a r reg berlingo 6 months ago with a blown engine. so putting a pug 306 gti 6 engine in it as we speak. so hi to everyone thanks for letting me on board.

Hi it was a 1.9 diesel engine the cambelt had snapped. i got told a peugeot 306 2litre 16v gti 6 engine would fit so i have gone ahead and done it well me and a friend.i will have to get some photos. engines all running and sweet just got to finish off with wiring and fitting everything back together. give me a couple of weeks and i think she will be on the road

oi mushtec. Its my van lol and i fitted it your the magician behind the electrical side which takes far more confindence than i have. Anyway get off here n get on with work lol.
P.S. cambelt didnt snap it had slapping piston and detonated
