had a look at haynes it only lists the bigger engines not 1.6 hdi I only need an exploded view of the engine showing the different sensors and locations

Ok folks we got it fixed and did not cost us any dosh well sort off we did buy a crank sensor to try and some OBD software but the problem turned out to be the solenoid on the fuel pump not working, you do not get a fault code for it I just tested it to see if it was working noticed a fault so removed it cleaned it blast with the air line re fitted and she started bang on wwaaaahoooo

Anything can be fixed its all about spending no money this would have cost loads to do at the garage and the heater matrix as well sometimes you get lucky
