Has anyone heard of Mazzini tyres? Are they any good?
Im looking to replace the rear tyres on my V70, at the moment i have Michelin which are the originals with a date stamp of 2008. I cant justify paying so much for Michelin i find them over priced. They are a fraction of the price at £69.82.
Chinese made tyre. Not popular with those that bought them.

Michelins are overpriced . I have used Falken ZE912 on all of my vehicles and they offer good performance for a
reasonable price and last well. I think they may now be updated to ZE914
Hmm thats put me off seeing that. Ive heard other people talking about Falken are they a own make or made by someone else? They seem to get an ok response.
I like barum made by continental. Hard wearing, and good in the wet. National tyres usually have a deal online...

Uniroyal are pretty good.Whatever you buy, scan the web for best price.I find Black Circles good.
I agree with OI'Jeffers Falken good tyre good in the wet and dry and they last well
Nexen or Kumho are good tyres, well priced too.
A big Falken fan meself , 912 and 452 , as Jed says (and sometimes overlooked) they do last and last and las...... you get the idea
I like Falken, wear life is not an issue with me as I am hard on any tyre! None last very well.
Having said that, I am a keen "tryer" of odd brands; worst case they are diabolical so end up on the front where they wear fast, or swapped with someone for repurposing as trailer tyres. Currently impressed with "Aoteli" from one of the Chinese factories. Good treadwear rating and depth of tread, typical cheap tyre issue of not-so-stiff sidewalls (not dangerous, but a lot of give in spirited use).
Philip, please tell us how they fare.
