ply lining out the van? - John Ongley - 02-01-2016

Hi peeps

just bought a 51 plate berlingo, 1.9d no side door

thinking of getting it paneled out in the back

are there any plans with dimmensions of the cuts ect..

seen a few places online that sell the kits but cheapest was 135 quid and got the van for 150 so didnt want to spend too much on it really as got it for a good deal off someone in the family

Ring a main dealer and be nice to the van sales guy - better still go in and start chatting to him. Find out who he uses to line his sales vehicles - if you are lucky he may give you a number but i would say you are still looking at £100 minimum.

Ply is expensive. It doesn't grow on trees you know!!! Big Grin Tongue

Once you get a kit make a copy of the parts and sell them here / eBay perhaps ??

Take orders for interested parties so you don't incur expenditure ..............

Or you could make paper templates and sell those perhaps ?
