Engine code? - qert6 - 15-10-2011

Anybody knwo where to find the engine code on the engine itself? I've just read the turbo model as a garrett GT1544V which from google searches looks like a 110Ps turbo. so trying to figure out if its a 110 engine or just a 110 turbo thatrs been put on it in the past. The VIN says 9HW which I dont think would have this turbo on it??

Cheers but will that be written on the engine somewhere? As I seem to have the turbo off a 110ps engine fitted and it's dead so I need a new turbo but need to know if someone's fit a bigger turbo that doesn't match the engine or if I have a different engine and should be buying a gt1544v turbo.

Yes. I need to know the model of your Berlingo and OPR

It's partner rather than berlingo, mk 2 van 2005

I don't care, whether it Partner or Berlingo. Cars are the same.
If you have M59 with lion, send me a DAM.

Sorry I dont know what DAM and OPR are?

RE: Engine code? - pk7478 - 18-10-2011

DAM and OPR is a coded manufacturing date.
When you'll open driver's door you can see a sticker on a pillar.
Sticker looks like shown below:
