RE: Berlingo Recalls - 3rensho - 08-03-2011

I had a recall on my 2010 at the end of last year. The inertial lock on the right rear seat belt could fail to lock. 20 minutes to replace.

RE: Berlingo Recalls - caravan72 - 08-03-2011

Hi there, the car I have know was recalled when my dad had it to get the cups fitted for the springs, a spring went some time later after he sold it to me, I paid to get it replaced, one year later the other spring went by this time I was on the other citreon owners site and was advised that Citreon UK were paying to have them replaced as they were part of a bad batch that affected other brands/models. So off I went to Arnold clark and once approved they replaced both springs paid for by Citreon UK.

Hope this helps someone

PS my car is a Y reg registered March 2001

RE: Berlingo Recalls - Richard Pitman - 08-10-2011

I had a recall (letter from VOSA, followed up by call from dealer), regarding the (optional) opening rear window on my 2009 XTR. I'd had it nearly a year before getting the recall.

Revised mounting brackets for the glass pneumatic struts.

I'd already had several instances of these popping off, with an almighty bang, scared the life out of the dog. Intended to tell dealer at first service, recall letter beat me to it.

No problems since revised units fitted.
