Trailer recommissioning - Saul - 30-05-2014

About 10 years ago I was given an old galvanized trailer frame and wheels. At the time I boarded it out got a cover and got a lot of use out of it. But the car I had with a tow bar moved on and I didn't use the trailer for abut 8 years and to my shame neglected it a bit and used it as a storage space. Well now I have my Berlingo with a tow bar I thought it was time to recommission the trailer and use it again.
Didn't take a lot really, some penetrating fluid for the latch, a couple of bulbs, number plate and a check over the tyres and it is now back in use. Quite chuffed with my mornings work but it is screaming out for a clean up and a coat of paint. Next on the to do list. Wink

Good size for the Berlingo. I have an 8×5 trailer, it towed well with the Xantia but is on the large/heavy side for the Berlingo's well-used 1.4 engine.
