I think this is now resolved. I have adjusted the screw on the end of the servo with good effect. Brakes working well and not getting hot. Thanks for all your help guys.

Both disks are equally hot to the touch. More than warm which I would expect. but very hot. :s

Thanks guys. I'll see if I can get a kit just in case. I did use an easybleed system if that is what you mean. The bleed nipples were open prior to pushing back mainly because it is easier to do.
