I think this is now resolved. I have adjusted the screw on the end of the servo with good effect. Brakes working well and not getting hot. Thanks for all your help guys. |

Both disks are equally hot to the touch. More than warm which I would expect. but very hot. :s |

progress so far.
All lights off.
I've replaced the nearside front ABS sensor which IS also the speedo sensor as this is now all working.
problem is the disks are still getting really hot as if bindin... |

Both were binding but now seem more free.
Just found a damaged abs sensor lead nearside front. ordered a new one. it had chaffed where it enters the body. I had a look at the ABS block as you say not ... |

Ok guys.
tried stripping the master cylinder not obvious problems. Reassemble and refitted.
ABS light is still on with handbrake warning light. Disconnected the handbrake warning switch to eliminate... |

Thanks guys.
I'll see if I can get a kit just in case.
I did use an easybleed system if that is what you mean.
The bleed nipples were open prior to pushing back mainly because it is easier to do. |

I have a 2007 Berlingo Van 1.6. I had a problem with the rear brakes binding. I have changed the drums and shoes and changed the front disks and pads at the same time as they were quite badly ... |

I have the same problem so thanks for the information in this thread. really helpful. I really need to get the injectors out. can the be home reconned. ie can you get new seals and nozzels etc? |
