Hi Karl, I used to have cardboard templates (which I made) for an 04 Berlingo stored in my garage in Leeds, but unfortunately I slung them a few years ago. I've plylined each of the 5 vans that I've owned, as the dealer-done lining is crap, and wastes internal load volume. They just screw a single sheet of ply down each side of the van, whilst I like to fit a recessed "cut to shape" panel (2 on each side). I also stick heavy rubber sound deadening material onto the rear face of each panel. I also sound deaden the underside of the ply floor panel, and the rear of my passenger compartment bulkhead. I drive an enormous mileage each year, so try to make my van as "car like" as possible to drive.
