Opening windows in the back
#1
Hi,

As I havent been able yet to crawl all over a Berlingo yet can any body tell me which windows open in the back and by how much do they open.
I can see they dont wind down and guess they open on a hinge style.

Could somebody post a picture of the opening please.

Thanks

I'm not sure if they are different in the different versions of the berlingo, I have a Mk1 and the only windows that open in the normally way are the drivers and passenger door windows. The others all open on a hinge.
Now an ex Berlingo owner, I have a C4

The windows on my two sliding doors open on a hinge. I'd guess about 2" at the back of the window. Could be a tad more but I haven't done it in a while.

Agree with 3rensho-only downside I find is that the window appears a tad flimsy if the door is shut hard with the window open.

I must admit I was surprissed how well the berlingo stays cool considering the small opening of rear windows. I have found having rear most windows open allows a good steady airflow for rear passengers without them feeling like being in a wind tunnel.

Only down side is not being able to open them while driving and kids not being able to reach to open themselves.
