We're just back from our first long distance trip in our new Berlingo, and it's been brilliant 
We went up to Aviemore for a few days. We covered 869 miles, at an average speed of 37 mph and average mpg 37.6.
The car was four up, full of luggage, even more on the return
, and behaved really well.
Nice high seating meant good visibility, great when the colours and scenery were as good as they were.
Okay it didn't have the economy of a diesel, but for that load and so on I am happy enough with that performance.
We reckon the colour shouldn't be 'Anodised Gold' but 'Scottish Gold' as it matched the surrounding scenery so well!!
