bluetooth compatability issues
#1
picked up my brand new berlingo enterprise 3 weeks ago.
i had a htc one sv, paired up and worked perfectly.
on saturday i got a samsung galaxy s4.
it pairs up, streams music, allows access to phone book,
the big problem is if i make or recieve a call, the call lasts 2 seconds and cuts off every time.
any one know of this issue.
i am an auto electrician, i fit phone kits for a living, so have been through all the possible settings

also after every call (with old and new phone) my radio loses its station.

and every one complains about the poor quality of sound at thier end on the phone. this one is a known issue with the dealers and is going back to have the earth cable rerouted, but the dealer is stuck on the first 2 issues.

starting to wish i got the non enterprise model lol

I'm curious to hear - does it do the same with a Galaxy S3 (if you can get someone to try pairing theirs)? Asking becaue I've had pairing issues with an S3 not related to in-car usage.

I have the same problem, I had an iPhone wich worked fine (apart from them not being able to hear me over the mic!) but I changed my phone to the s4 it pairs ok but disconnects when the call is connected. I hear it ringing etc.
Also if I try to charge it from the USB outlet it says USB perritheral error of something similar? Any ideas how to sort this? I'm having to use my iPhone at the mo with my new Samsung s4 in the draw!

Dc Alarms is your s4 phone locked to a network?
Mine is on 3. I wonder if its all s4's?

I doubt the error is with the phone, but more like with the Bluetooth device, on some devices you have to program the Bluetooth on another setting to accept two or more phones.

I have a 2013 enterprise and if its android phone then its a problem with the software update on the phone, I know I had massive problems after orange updated my samsung S2, so I got so fed up I ended up putting flashing my phone with cyanogenmod os and found not only was the battery better, bluetooth now works perfect.

I get the issue on my brand new Berlingo enterprise, where, if they end the call it doesn't go back to my radio station, it sits in limbo, but if I end the call it's fine, it's just a pain ending the call while driving
63 plate Berlingo working hard.....
