When the window reaches the fully open position it sort of clunks as opposed to the passenger side which is very smooth.?

One of the plastic pulleys may be broken. My Mk2 uses 3 cables, 2 to pull the window up, and one down. Had problem with mine in that window would go up from bottom OK till about 2 inches from top. Then you had to pull glass up to get it fully closed. One of the pulleys had broken. The cable was snagging on the metal runner. Got replacement off Fleabay.
