Hi there Sam
In a word "Yes".
As always, however, it may not be quite as simple as that. We have recently taken delivery of an XTR 110 with a number of options and we tried this with one of my MP3s. However, I pretty soon realised I had to use another MP3. So what is the difference?
The first MP3 (a Sansa Fuze) only gave an output suitable for earphones and nothing else. Thankfully I also have a Sony which can give an output suitable for connecting to audio systems as well as for earphones. I made a small change to the setup to enable the line output, connected it to the two AUX sockets and "voila" there it was, well once I'd selected the AUX source on the audio system that is. So bare in mind that you do need an MP3 that will provide a line output suitable for connecting to external equipment for this to work (I hope you understand what I mean by a line output).
Hope this helps

Hi Pete
I have no idea about the VTR. What I can say is that I believe I got it wrong as regards selecting AUX. It is true that WE select AUX but we have the MyWay option. According to the manual, on the non-MyWay systems, it may well be called "JACK connection". Sorry for any confusion.
