Hi all!
I've been a rider of sportsbikes for some time now and decided after 3 harsh winters, enough was enough and decided to go ahead and do my car test.
aced it...
I came to own my Blingo through bizaare circumstances... I was out on the bike weaving through traffic and noticed one o' them van car thingys merrily chugging away with the exhaust hanging off (pipe rusted through behind the silencer) So, I notified the lady driving it and followed her into the car park, clearly she was rather stressed, she informed me she'd already spent far too much money on it and wanted rid. I went round for a chat and looked over the m.o.t faliure sheet the next day, got some quotes and figured it'd be a lot cheaper to do the scary long list of things things myself. After some time to think I offered her £250 for it and became the proud owner of an m.o.t failing, dog smelling 2001 Citroen Berlingo.
.... and a Haynes manual
And if we're being technical It cost me £249 as I found a quid in one of the many thousands of cubbyholes this vehicle seems to have, every little helps.
