0.3v is a tiny drop, could happen with a slight difference in bolt tightness on a terminal, a slight oxidation or a slightly thinner wire from the factory. Even 0.5v is not a huge drop. Maybe get a ...

It should read 14.4V when running, 15.4V is too high. (unless that was a typo) - the simplest thing is try another battery. It takes no time at all to rule out, unlike the starter which is a way bigge...

Do other drivers on the road a favour and leave the standard headlights alone. Which ever LED's you fit will blind oncoming drivers, factory fitted LED lights on all makes of vehicle do this. .
