new to this site.recently brought a 54 plate berlingo and its now got a few problems

wipers don't work changed cmm2000 and still cant get them to work
seat belt warning light does not go out or the handbrake light

when you pull off in van the seat belt warning buzzer sounds twice this is every time you come to a standstill then pull off this happens when seat belt is plugged in or not

any help would be appreciated thanks
Have you done a bsi reset?

Tried putting power direct to the wiper motor to see if it works?

Checked the stalk to see if its faulty?

Checked fuses?

Stop throwing money at a problem as that rearely solves things.

When electrical fault finding the first thing you do is a bsi reset (Google it) then fault find starting from the battery and working down the line.
not throwing money at it.

sent van to a auto electrician to get sorted

wish I had now done some research on these.didnt know they were such piles of crap a cheap van has now turned into a really expensive one should of gone for the vw
The electrics on french cars are always sketchy
