I've always done the wheel bolts on the 15" Citroen alloys on my B9 Berlingo to 90 Nm, and tightened the anti-theft security bolts to a slightly lower torque of 70 Nm. I have driven 300,000 like this, and never had a wheel or bolt come loose.

For alloys, I use 11Kg , for Steel 10Kg. I have 15 inch.
